Notes:

• Although scholarships and awards are based on "Community Service" participation, any student on academic or other probation will be disqualified - guidance counselor signatures are required.

• No more than 50% of qualifying points can be from Willing Hearts or attendance.

• In order to get credit for Willing Hearts attendance, student must present faculty advisor or Whilling Hearts Committee Cahirperson with a voucher signed by Pat Kiernan or other authorized WH manager.

• Faculty or Rotary advisor (in conjunction with club president or committee chairperson) will award participation points after each event or fundraiser.

• Points are accumulative from year to year - a master spreadsheet will be maintained by the faculty advisor.
